ABOUT ME
Throughout my childhood, I was always interested in so many things. The number of hobbies I had was never the same. My goal was to pick up a new one without dropping the other, and I tried to maintain a balance between all of them. In addition to my academics and career interests, this strongly influenced me as I grew up.

After moving to the United States, I was fascinated by how the world of Finance worked and I decided to pursue that in college. Due to the differences between African markets and other countries, I later became interested in Marketing and Consumer Behavior.

Analytics became increasingly important to me while studying Finance and Marketing, and I became eager to master it. With my final year of college approaching, I found myself at a loss as to how I could put all these skills to work. During my internship with Assured Partners' Operations department, I found the answer to my question. It became apparent to me that as an Operations Analyst, I could use my knowledge of Finance and Marketing Analytics to help businesses create strategies.

Why Simbioses?
Simbioses, is inspired by the biological term symbiosis, which describes how two organisms live closely together, usually to their mutual benefit. When I started studying Finance at Western Washington University and I discovered that Marketing was similar to Finance. Like most people, I thought that Marketing and Finance were complete opposites and that both subjects had different goals.

Even though their priorities differ, most marketing and finance leaders agree that greater alignment between the two teams would result in better marketing outcomes. It is possible for marketing and finance to create a unified mission around customer service and business growth by aligning on a shared vision.

This is why I named my personal brand Simbioses, which for me represents bringing two things( Marketing and Finance) together to make something(Operations) work
